Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended last week on a decline, after returning to gains in the week before.
The DFM General Index (DFMGI) lost 5.4% or 147.51 points during the last week of February, closing at 2,590 points.
Market capitalization reached AED 364.88 billion, losing AED 12.56 billion or 3.3% in five sessions.
The banks sector decreased by 3.7%, while commercial goods and real state, closed down 4.5% and 8.4%, respectively.
Dubai Islamic Bank fell by 4.8%, while Emirates NBD and DXB plunged by 3% and 6.8%, respectively.
Emaar saw weekly losses of 10%, while Arabtec and Damac went down by 10.3% and 1.35%, in that order.
